Potential paedophiles reflect repressed tendencies that a body at rest possesses by virtue of its preferred sexual positions with respect to other bodies.

Fig Newton's First law also states that a pedophile at rest tends to stay at rest unless acted upon by an external force. This may or may not include sighting a youngling. As well once in motion, a pedophile tends to stay in motion, until it's kinetic pedophilic energy is spent.
