Wikipedia doesn't have a proper article about Mesopomerania. It really wouldn't help those so-called experts by writing one either.

Mesopomerania, often known as the cradle of civilization, is a small nation between two rivers where life first began. The name comes from "meso'" (meaning "middle") and "Pomeranian" (a small, obnoxious, hairy, yappy canine), so called because of its extreme darkness, after the famous quotation by Groucho Marx, "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." It is suspected that being too dark to read and being the cradle of life have some sort of correlation.
