  • Przeszkadza? Nie smakuje? Więc s*ierdalać. Nie czytać.

And write in English please, 'cause it's not the Polish version of Uncyclopedia.

To my fellow Polish countrymen expressing above their utter resentment of the article in question[edit]

Why not funny, why primitive? I'll tell you why you're so pissed off: the problem is that most of Poles consider JP2 to be more than a saint (which is taken for granted) - he is a god, a god whom no one can criticize nor ridicule in any way. This is blasphemy.

Primitive? Pathetic? My JPII article on Polish Nonsenopedia has been deleted, and my question concerning this fact has been also deleted without any answer. This is called censorship, and this is pathetic. Why aren't you outraged by the article about the current Pope, who's ridiculed as a Dominator III? Isn't he holding the very same "holy office of the head of the Catholic Church"? Look at yourselves - you're unable to accept or realise Karol Wojtyła was just a person, and a person can be criticized, including criticism through satire. It's beyond your imagination as it has been imprinted in your minds that he was an embodiment of perfection. Too bad, it's not beyond mine as I have quite a lot to criticize from my point of view, and basic tolerance requires acceptance that others might differ in their views and that others by no means can be expected to worship your unquestionable personal heros.

No wonder I have been born to the wrong nation... IjonTichy 10:18, 8 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Jest tak samo zabawne, jak żarty z czegokolwiek innego, ojojoj małe katolicmie brudasy się oburzyły The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

I niemożna sobie z niej jaj robić. I na zakończenie Katolicki brudas jest tak wkurwiony, że ci nogi z dupy powyrywa jak cie kurwa znajdzie. Chuj ci w zęby. Gównojadzie. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

To my fellow who is so sick about Polish[edit]

The problem is that the jokes are as long funny as they do not offend sb's feelings. The whole article is very primitive and believe me that your vision about Poles is very poor and just false. I am not a ultracatholic person yet I still apprecieate all the things that JP2 did for us - as a person not a god.

Moreover, do not tell us anything about the censorship, because for the nation that lived more or less for 40 years in communist country it is simply pathetic what you wrote about. What can I say about tolerance? We are not obliged to tolerate what you write if you do not tolerate our convictions. I am very pleased, that your idiotic article was deleted and I hope that you might be a little bit more self-restrained in judging other people (by the way these are the words of so critisized by you JP2). Best wishes from "ultracatholic Poland"! The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

Man, What is With You People?[edit]

Folks - Poles, Catholics alike - as the primary author of this article, I'm going to say the following: chill out. I liked Pope John Paul II. I also happen to be a fan of absurdist comedy. Now, this "biography" is a work in progress, and last time I checked, there was not a single Polish joke. No clever inferences the Poles are somehow inferior or less good than any number of other peoples. It's not even a direct - or indirect - attack on Catholocism.

It's meant to be ridiculous, not slander. Karol was a wonderful man, but the image of his life as the saintly do-gooder simply sets him up for mockery. Don't know how else to say it. If you don't like the article, don't read it. Encourage your like-minded friends not to read it. Actually, encourage your friends to donate money to Uncyclopedia.

Right now. Seriously. — 2nd Lt. Sir David, the Weasel of Wild KUN VFH FP Icons-flag-us.png Fire! 19:50, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Listen, I do not have anything against jokes on Poles (I am the author of "so sick about Polish" - the note above), and I really had a lot of fun when I read on uncyclopedia about Poland and so on. My short article should be treated as an answer for IjonTichy article. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

A quotation from "how to be funny and not just stupid": <<Being silly about serious things is not funny, but being serious about silly things is. --Thematrixeatsyou 08:19, 26 September 2006 (UTC)>> Repeat it: being silly about serious things (like somebody's death) is NOT funny. Quoting policy on Uncyclopedia? Ya know, the one with no rules? And here I thought wikipedians were lame... --Apparently they make you sign crap. Bastards. 21:19, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Read This (if you have a good translator)[edit] It's about JPII this isn't funy and very argumentative. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

I swear, I will sue Uncyclopedia for making fun of things like the Holy Pope JPII. Fucking loosers, get rid of making fun of great people. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk • contribs)

It's OK, I am not Catholic. I am a satanist who smears himself with human excrement and has sex with children. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 10:52, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Please delete it.[edit]

Not Funny[edit]

Its only offensive, not funny. Delete it.

Poor people...[edit]

I'm Pole and I don't understand my country. 95% of Poles claims to be catholic (I am atheist) but their faith is poor. When it comes to laugh at John Paul II they would kill everyone who just even smiles at him. And worst thing about it is that they are making fun of other countries/nations/races etc. It's like this: Poles are making big fun of themselves but when American people laugh at us we feel sooo insulted. Why people are so dumb? Sorry for my poor english. 19:13, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
