Mr. Sternenstein? He's still the listed fellow? He won, like, four months ago! That's almost half a year! What's with this?! What of the winners since, do they deserve no honour? User:Lyrithya/sig/6 -- 20101018 - 04:42 (UTC)

Ahem. I'm not saying it's a ghost town, but if this was a town, it would have ghosts. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 04:53, October 18, 2010 (UTC)
Meh, I don't even know what month it is... my point is that there have been winners, even if they are sporadic. But the caring is so lacking that the last one had to take the award from the page himself; nobody ever even presented it! How hard could it be? It should get ghosts. Anyway. Seriously. And they could dress up in bunny suits and... um... I'll shut up now. User:Lyrithya/sig/6 -- 20101018 - 04:58 (UTC)
Real Authors of the Month don't wait for the award to be given to them. Real Authors of the Month reach out and take it. That's what I did. I had to kill Todd Lyons to get it. Then Hardwick Fundlebuggy had to kill me. That's the Way of the Author. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 06:11, October 18, 2010 (UTC)
That might explain why there keep not being winners... there are so few left... User:Lyrithya/sig/6 -- 20101018 - 06:15 (UTC)
It all goes back to Shandon. He had Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 06:28, October 18, 2010 (UTC)
What, were you fellas eating the vanquished, too? User:Lyrithya/sig/6 -- 20101018 - 06:38 (UTC)
Probably. "Author" is Latin for "glutton". *burp* Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 07:05, October 18, 2010 (UTC)
